Prayer Chain Form
Thank you for your interest in participating in the MVCC Prayer Chain! Any prayer & praise requests submitted through this form can be seen by MVCC Pastors, Staff & Deacons only unless you provide permission below to share your request with the MVCC Prayer Chain notification list which goes out to MVCC Congregation members/attenders weekly who have opted into receiving notifications of prayer & praise requests.

- Note #1: If you select for your prayer & praise request to be shared with the MVCC Prayer Chain, your request will be emailed out the upcoming Wednesday morning. (eg. If you send a request in on Thursday, your request will be sent/seen the following Wednesday...6 days later).
- Note #2: If you request to be added to the notification list, your request is not guaranteed to be granted if certain "signs of life" (e.g. Member of MVCC, LifeGroup Involvement, Volunteer, MVCC Kids, etc.) are not met. In this digital age, we desire to strike a balance in fostering connections while also being intentional about who is given access to potentially sensitive information. Thank you for your understanding!
- Note #3: Our prayer chain email also includes a "fasting focus" for the week. We would encourage you to participate if you feel led to do so.
